What should I do if I go over my data plan?

Depending on your situation, it may be advisable to let our Customer Service Representatives take a look at your usage patterns and make a recommendation on a data plan that is right for you. We also, offer a program called DataBoost that allows you to add more data to your monthly plan. In the occurrence that your data usage reaches 80% of your allowance before the next billing cycle, you will be alerted via a text message so that you can make arrangements before being charged for overage.  You will also receive a notification at 100%, at which time you can also contact customer service before the next billing cycle.
